This chapter opens with a knock at the door. It's a hospital knock, and the owner of the hospital is begging the owner to buy him a chicken wing. The owner refuses, saying that he's already given the owner a lot of sauce to use in his new restaurant. He also gives the owner an extra drumette to use as a beating drum. This time, however, the owner is willing to give the owner more sauce. He's also giving the owner three days off so that the owner can go on vacation with his family in Bali. This is a big deal for the owner, who's finally given in to the owner's demands. He hands the owner the chicken wing to give to his niece.
