In this short scene, we learn that Ren's ideal type is dying, and that he's going to donate his organs to save the life of someone else. He's worried about what this person will think of him, and he decides to go ahead and give his body to the person who needs it the most. He tells the group that he has to go to Europe for a week to get some "wolf culture training" , and the company is going to pay for it all. Ren says he'll be able to save money by taking this trip, which is basically a vacation.
