About This Chapter
This chapter opens with the arrival of the Time Traveller. The Time Traveller tells the audience that he has come to thank them for saving his life. He says that a wise man does not sit down and wail for defeat, but he thinks that the time Lord is wise. He then says that the other captains should not be sent to fight because the battle will be disadvantageous to the Time Lords and other people, and so the other commanders must not come to fight. He adds that the battle is not fair because the time spirit is stronger than the other people. He also says that famine is in the air, and the other time spirits cannot be absorbed in the battle.
