In this chapter, Tomohashi tries to convince Mizumori that she is in love with Sawa, but she refuses to believe him. She tells him that she has come to see him because she wants him to show her "true self" . She asks him to lower his voice so that she will not be heard. He tells her that she can stay with him on the weekends as well, but he will not tell her where he is. He asks her to tell him that he accepted her proposal, and she says that she does not know where he has accepted it. They start the game together, and Tommohashi asks if they can talk after practice if they are free. He says that he would like to talk to her after the practice if she is free, because he wants to know what she thinks of the way she is being treated by the boys team. She says that they have been good at their training, and that she wants to slap more with the boys. They all agree that they are done with the practice, and so they begin the game. They talk about how they are close to each other, and how they can call and send each other messages when they are at home. They say that they will get sued if they do not stop doing this, but that they just come to watch sports because they think people like sports are cool. They discuss how yamamura is playing and how he made ten 3-pointers on his own. They both agree that he is going to be strong for the tournament, and they both feel the same way about their third year. They are not meeting in secret, but they are engaged in joint advisering sessions.
