The fifth prince tells his father that he wants to trick Jacob into taking over the throne. He tells him that the current emperor isn't old enough to rule and that the throne he's holding is useless. The prince says he never thought he'd want to usurp his father's throne and kill him. The father says he didn't mean to do this, but the prince says it's his fault that he hasn't thought through the whole thing properly.
