The next morning, Zhuang tells the gang that he's going back to the mainland first, since the guards won't let him in. He tells them that the leader of the gray wolf army, wuguang, has ulterior motives for arresting Ling Ling, and that it's difficult for them to rescue her. They'll have to take care of their kids while he goes back to mainland China. Zhuang goes to greet the guards, who immediately welcome him. He asks why they're here, and they tell him that Ling Ling has been locked up by the grey wolf general, guang. He says that she's a "yao clan hybrid" and that guang is just a "shameless" general. They decide that they'll wait for guang to release Ling Ling first, and then they can try to save her.
