About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that if you're unlucky enough to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, you can be reborn in the place of someone who's already dead. In other words, if you were at the banquet with the tiger king, you'll be able to go back to the place where you left off. But if you happen to be at the same banquet with someone else, you have to wait until that person is dead before you can go back. This means that you can't just erase someone's existence, as long as they're still alive. For example, if a person is beaten to death because she offended the prince of the tiger kingdom, then she's still alive, even though you've totally erased her existence. This is just the way the system is set up, and it's all part of the reason why you were in the first place. The next time we see the two of them together, they've just had a huge fight. This time, the fight is over, and the two are back in their rooms. They're full, so they'll head back to their rooms first. But first, they need to talk to the sheep king.
