In this scene, we learn that Caio has faked his way into his sister's room, and that he's waiting for her to wake up so that he can poison her. He's also waiting for his brother, who's already in the room, to come out and stab him in the guts. When Caio finally comes out of his room, he tells his brother to let her go, and then he'll kill him.
