Hirokazu and his friend, Kaosu ga, are on vacation in a small seaside town in the northeast corner of Japan. They're planning to go shopping, but they're too late to get there because they've been late for work. They ask each other what's going on, and they finally get to the point: they want to buy something. They don't know what to do with themselves, so they just buy a bunch of stuff. They decide to go to the town's summer festival, which is in August, and use it to make some stuff.
