In this chapter, we learn that Caio's family is worried about him. They're worried that he's going to die, so they're trying to get him to come back to them. Caio tells us that he saw Caio trying to save him, and Caio did his best to treat his injuries. He says that he agrees with Caio that there's "no rush" , and that everything is just a projection of his brain. He wants to marry Caio, but he can't stay in his consciousness forever, because everything belongs to the outside world. He tells Caio to stay with him, because he has to face everything he doesn't like when he goes back. He's getting better, he says, and the other souls of his body are protecting his body. He asks if Caio is going to ignore him, too, and says that out of his three souls, his human soul is also protecting Caio
