In this chapter, we learn that humans have been experimenting with new technology for the last hundred years, and that the gods have been getting increasingly annoyed with their behavior. The gods have come up with a plan to study humans better, but humans are still cruel, so they're not going to listen to their plan. They're going to have a war against humans at the summit, and if they don't like it, they'll have to stop experimenting with humans. This is the first time we've heard of this plan, and it sounds like it's going to be a big success. The next day, the gods are going to hold a ceremony to celebrate the end of the experiment, and the two brothers will have to fight it out in a duel.
