The Governess goes to grab the medicine chest that Zev has hidden in the boy's bedroom. When she sees that the chest is empty, she realizes that the Governess must have put the medicine in there. She asks Zev why he took the medicine, and Zev says that he took it to stop his sister from bothering him. When he realizes that she is trying to trick him into coming to the room to see him alone, he tells her that he had taken the medicine when he was getting neutered and that they can use it to treat his injury.
