In this chapter, we learn that the student council leader is in the same department as the student body president. This leads to a discussion of the merits of joining a different discipline. The student, however, is not interested in joining the disciplinary department because he is interested in studying. Instead, he wants to join because he doesn't like the "oppressive leader" who is in charge of the Student Council.
