In this short scene, we are introduced to Mandongzuo, a young man who is in love with a young girl named tana. He is overcome with emotion as he realizes that he is only one person away from death. He begs his friends to join him in the fight against the monster, but they refuse, saying that the game is not fun and that killing the monster is the only way to get points. He tells his friends that he will kill the monster even if they do not kill her, because there are other monsters out there who will eventually do the same.
