In this chapter, we find out that Luo has been avoiding using his "superpower" because he's afraid that if he does, he'll look like a total jerk. He's also worried about how people will react to the fact that he won't be able to use his "power" . In the end, he decides that he wants to spend the rest of his life with Luo, and promises to do everything in his power to make that happen.
