It's been three hours since the blind date ended, and we're still not sure what went wrong. We're not sure why, but it's probably because the girl who was supposed to go on the date ended up missing out on a chance to get to know the guy she's supposed to be with. So, the girls are going to the grocery store to buy some food. They're super excited to be eating together, and they're even more excited when they find out that the guy they were supposed to see on their blind date was actually in the store buying some watermelon instead of a potato chip. The girls are super psyched to be able to eat together, but they can't wait to show off their shopping skills to the guy in front of them. He's so cute, in fact, that the narrator thinks he's the funniest guy in the book. The narrator is so impressed that he wants to eat the whole group out of the house and back home.
