In this short scene, we are introduced to Caius Martius, the leader of the Ayodya army, who is on the front lines of the battle against the yakshas. He tells us that the battle has been going on for 15 years, and that he has brought peace to the whole of his army. He also says that the relations between his army and the Vanara and the Garuda have not yet been resolved.
