The fairy tail enters and tells us that the police have arrested some of the city heroes. They're going to take them to the police station, where they'll have to explain why they're being arrested. This is going to be a lot of fun for the fairy tail, because he's going to use his power to get them arrested. He's also going to make sure that they don't show up at the station, which is a big plus since the police can't arrest them until after the crime has been committed. He also makes sure to check out the helmet, which he thinks is a rare book. It turns out that the helmet is full of information about the number one guy in the world, which means that he'll be able to figure out who they are before they show up on his list of targets. He then goes on to say that his job is to get rid of all three of these guys in one day, and then he can go home and smoke a pipe. He doesn't even notice that the first guy is in his way, so he can try the second one again. The second guy is over there, and the third guy isn't there either. So he goes over to the last guy's room and smokes a pipe before he goes to finish the job. The last guy is there, too, and he'd like to finish off the job
