In this chapter, the princess tells the thunder beast that she is not well and that she will take her leave of him. She tells him that she has always dreamed of being a normal person, but that she does not have the freedom to do so because she is a princess. She says that if she were to walk around the city on her own two feet, she would feel the freedom that comes with being a queen. The thunder beast tells her that they have been worried about her leaving the city because she has been seen roaming the streets with bad guys. The princess says she will not leave the city with them.
