A tunnel has collapsed in northern magnolia, and about a dozen civilians are trapped inside. The tunnel is old, and the emergency exit is blocked. They need to move the rubble to get out, but it's too dangerous to do so. They decide to take shelter in a storage shed that's been used for a construction project. Everyone is freaking out, because it looks like the tunnel is going to collapse. The police are on their way to rescue them, but they're not sure what to do.
