The ladies of the police department are getting ready to go out for dinner when they hear that a thief has stolen some of the women's clothes. They're worried that the thief is after the women, but they don't know yet if the victim is a woman or a man. They decide to hit the streets to see if anyone has any information about the crime. When they get to the police station, they find that they have no partner to help them solve the case. They go to the locker room and smell the scent of the thief. They find out that the culprit is someone they know, and that he's obsessed with the woman they've been looking for. They wonder if the thief has other blonde girls in his sights, and they're sad to see that she's been taken back to the phantom lord's former hideout. They also wonder how they were able to bail out the thief when he was already under arrest for attempted assault and larceny.
