When the tremor hits, Natsu and the rest of the team are shocked to find that they are no longer the best fighting team in the city. They are now thrown into the arms of the "special arms department" of the police, which is supposed to be an arm of the city's police force dedicated to armed combat. The two of them are overjoyed to meet the "biggest troublemaker" in the police force, but they soon realize that they have no chance against the twin dragons, who are even better than them in their fighting skills.
