It's been a while since the last time we saw Hiroshi, and now he's back at work. He's got a bunch of work to do, and Hiroshi's not feeling well. He tells Hiroshi to get Hiroshi some work done before he leaves for work. Hiroshi says he'll do it, but first, he wants to thank Hiroshi for sending him a message. He asks Hiroshi if he can use a bunny from his collection to make a set of dishes for Iori. Iori's a fan of the bunny series, and she asks if she can use one of her own. Hirohito says he doesn't have work today, so he'd like Hiroshito to use a friend of his to make some dishes for her. Irritated, Hiroshi replies that he has a client who's late for work, and he wants him to give him some medicine. He also says that Hiroshio's friend is a man, and that it's good to have him around because he can practice medicine as well as a newborn baby. Iri is sick, but she's also a good cook, so she'll be able to do the dishes for Hiroshi. He says he can't ask her to do it without asking her, because she'd be too strict, but Hiroshi points out that he can do it himself. He wants to make sure that Iori can cook the dishes in two hours, and Iori is prettier than the other girls in the group, so why not?
