It's the day of the big survey, and the guy who's supposed to be in charge of the whole thing is having a hard time getting his head around the fact that he's going to have to buy himself a new ring. The guy's so excited that he can't wait to slap his new suitor on the back and tell him to "swag" him. He's got a lot on his plate right now, and it's not looking good for him. So he tells the guy to "pnag" him, but the guy doesn't seem to be having any of it. He tells him to just "stop doing nags" , which is basically telling him to stop being a jerk and just do his job.
