It's been a while since the last time we saw the two of them, and now they're back together in a hot springs bath. The narrator is bummed out that he's lost his "confidence as a man" . He's also bummed that he hasn't gotten enough money from the review from the previous time. He tells the narrator to take half of the money and use it to buy food for the next two days. He also tells him to invite saki out for a long weekend in the hot springs. The two men stare at each other for a bit, and then saki asks the narrator if he'd like to play a game of "prick pong" with him. He says he'll give saki a handicap if he loses, but if he wins , the narrator promises to give him a massage or whatever he wants. He then asks if saki has a new girlfriend, and she says she's bored with the guy she just met. He wants to go for her, too, but she doesn't seem to be interested in him.
