It's lunch time at the office, and saki is getting ready to go to work. As he's about to leave, saki asks him if he'd like to have a bite to eat. Aww, sucks. He also says that if he wants snacks, he can go to the snack counter and buy them, but that he should tell saki what they're supposed to be for. !
