The next morning, Dr. Rivers is back in his room. He's not happy with the way things are going, but he's also not angry. He just wants to know what's going on with the other students. He wants to see how they're doing. He doesn't want to know if they've stopped fighting or if they just stopped doing anything. Rivers says he can't figure out how they were able to get up to the top of the fourth story without anyone noticing. He also wants to find out if they were using the "rewind" ability to travel back in time. This is the only way he knows how to do it. He tells Rivers to stop bugging him and just show him the photo of Shu's sister.
