In this chapter, the reader is introduced to the protagonist, a young man named Kown li. He is a member of the local police force, and he is the son of a former police officer, who was killed in the line of duty. Because of his father's heroism, he is known as "Justice." He is also known by his nickname "Kown li," which means "justice." He explains that he is a law enforcement officer, and that he wears the uniform of a police officer in order to protect his late father. When he learns that his father was killed while on duty, he decides to take revenge on the police officer by killing him.
