In this short scene, Tachibana tries to use his vibrator to study, but it's too late. He can't stand the glare of the sun, and he's not going to use it to his advantage. He's going to have to draw, he says, and the only way to do it is to use the vibrator on himself. He tells himself that if he doesn't use it on himself, he'll have no use for it on anyone else. He says that he'd rather be wet than be touched by someone who's trying to teach him how to draw. He wants to know what the heck is going on, and if he can figure out a way to get the heck out of this, he wants to tell him.
