The narrator falls in love with a noisy bump on the street below. He tells us that he used to hang out on this street, but he's now irritated by the man who's trying to squeeze him. He's bored, he says, and he'll wait for the man to come down. He wants to know why the witch is coming out of her hiding place, and why the man is pushing her out of the way. He says that if the man agrees to follow him, he will sign a contract with the man's company. The man says that he smells nice, and the narrator coughs. The narrator says that his company has been working on the project for a while, but because of the man, they've wasted all their efforts. He asks the man if he'd like to take the place of the witch, and says that's the only way he can sign the contract. He promises to kiss the man and make him kiss her. He also says that the man can kiss him as well, and that he can touch the narrator as well. He doesn't know who this man is, but the narrator swears that he will file a complaint to his superiors about what he said. He then tells the man that the company's efforts to complete the project have been going to waste because of him, and they'll talk about it the next time they see each other. They'll be able to work together on the same project, the narrator says. He adds that he wouldn't let the man off this easily if he didn't want
