In this chapter, the "pitter" and the "sitter- patter" continue their conversation. The pitter asks the "devil" if he's going to pick up his message. The devil replies that he'll pick it up when he gets home from work. The two of them reminisce about a time when they were away from each other, when the pitter was at work and the devil was at a friend's house. Now that they're back in school, they can go to the school's winter sports festival and have fun. But first, they have to make sure that the bug bug doesn't bug them again.
