The scene opens with a flashback to the first time the two of them had sex. The first time they had sex, the woman was hysterical. The second time, however, they were able to have sex without the woman's fear of being raped. The woman tells the story of how she was at the inn when they first had sex and how she had a "ridiculous desperate look" on her face when she saw the man she was having sex with slap slap her. She tells the man to " perk up" and she promises to do so the next time they have sex.
