It's been a while since we've seen anything like this, but now that we're back in the present, it's time for a quick recap of what's happened in the previous chapter. We're introduced to a new character, who's kind of like a sidekick to the main character's dad. He's the kind of guy that's like, "dude, I'm not going to let you get too close to me because I've got something really special for you to try and use to your advantage" . We learn that he's a mage, which means that he can use his sword to attack anyone in his path. We also learn that the guy's name is "sister" , which is kind of a weird name for a little girl.
