In this chapter, we meet a new character named Zhanggong, who has just been accepted into the Royal Academy of Magic. He's super excited to be accepted, but he's also super bummed that he didn't do well on the entrance exam. He tells us that his teacher asked him not to do his best on the exam, but that he just had to accept the offer. He also says that the teacher is a "pervert" during training, and that he'll never be able to practice magic again because of it. He introduces himself as "Zhanggong Wei" , and says that his major is "light attribute magic" and his minor is "spatial magic" . He says that if he gets into the royal academy, he hopes that there will be someone to challenge him on his entrance exam . The teacher tells him to get up and do his homework, because they're going to do a ranking of the students. The first ten students will be moved up to the top rank, the second ten to the bottom rank, and the third and fourth students to the next rank.
