About This Chapter
The final rules of the competition are announced. The first rule is that the use of magic beasts is forbidden. The second rule states that students below the top 100 will have to stay and study during the winter break. The third rule says that all matches are decided by lot. The top five students in each group will advance to the next round. The winner of the tournament will receive 100 diamond coins, and the runner-up will receive 50. Students who challenge the champions and win will also receive the privileges.
