It's been awhile since we last saw Shaojie, but he's back in his hotel room. He's all excited to see her. He tells her that they've decided to work together on a new project at the company. He asks her to let him go, but she says she's too drunk to leave him. They head out to have a drink together, and she tells him that it would be nice if he and she were drinking together. She tells him she doesn't care what he thinks of her, but that she wants to be with him. She begs him not to leave her on her own, but to forgive her and to do whatever she wants with her.
