The father and son discuss the situation with each other, and Norton tells his son that he is now the initiator of the situation. He tells the father that he wants him to go to the company's headquarters and apologize for the mess that has been created by the company and its employees. Norton refuses to do so, and the father tells him that he will have to remove him from the company if he does so.
