It's a sunny day, and the narrator decides to confess to Senior. He's going to tell him what's wrong with his heart, but it turns out that it's the "pervert" who bullied him. The narrator suddenly stops thinking, and realizes that she's done with her "arrogant attitude" towards Senior. She's too embarrassed to meet him now, so she'll just have to go back to work. She tells us that the perfume team has been working on a new version of the original, and they're supposed to finish it in one day, which means that they'll be working late into the night. She says that she was supposed to be taking a day off the next day, but now she has to stay up late all night to finish the project. She admits that she hid by reflex, but she says that's because she was nervous all by herself. She doesn't know what to say, but the narrator tells us to just slow down and wait for her to calm down.
