The flying eagle gang leader tells the three hall leaders that they have no choice but to kill all their men if they want to save their lives. He also tells them that they will be killed if they don't kill all of their men by themselves. The leader of the flying eagle tells him that he has been a cowardly old bag and that he betrayed him because he didn't want to be a part of the revolution. He says that if the revolution gets out, the gang will be hated in the future. The gang leader says that he owes him a favor and that none of them can kill him. He tells the leader that he is afraid that it is improper for him to interfere in the affairs of the three gang and four societies.
