In this chapter, we meet two martial artists, one of whom is named "Shufeng" and the other named "Zhuge" . Shufeng introduces himself as the "top sage" of the Heavenly Wind sword sect and tells us that he is ranked tenth on the list of human beings. He says that the justice token that he and his family received from the justice house is a symbol of the justice system. The token represents the number of justice members, and the member who receives the token is the most powerful person in the system. In other words, if the person who killed Shufeng is a justice member, then he is connected to the system and must be punished for his crime. The two men agree that they are all martial artists and are glad to be together. They also agree that the white lotus sect is responsible for the downfall of the Eastern Jin dynasty.
