In this chapter, we learn that the second sister, cinderella, has succeeded in getting her revenge on her father, William Brandon. She has tricked him into going to a restaurant with some punks, and he has let go of his grandson, who is now a lawless young man. The father, however, is still angry at his son-in-law, who has let him down. He tells his son that he will go to the police if he can't control his anger. He also tells him that his son, William Jr., is already a spoiled young man, and has teamed up with the punks to destroy his innocence.
