In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character named Reiji. Reiji is a new player in the game, and he is eager to learn more about the game and its mechanics. He is also eager to make his first weapon, a split-bladed sword. He purchases some leather clothing, which he uses to make a leather pickaxe. He also buys a set of leather gloves, which make the skin of a frog more resistant to slash wounds. He then uses the gloves to make an axe out of mud, which is a natural material for a sword. This is the first time that Reiji has been able to use his newfound skills to make weapons, so he is excited to use them.
