In this chapter, the bird-mask tries to kill the clown spider, but he's not nearly as effective as he'd hoped. The clown spider has a lot of webs, so it's hard to get a good look at him. The only thing he can do is jump and slash at it, but the webs are so thick that he can't see them. He's sure he'll be able to kill it on his first try, but not on his second try. The crow flies off the handle of the boat, and the crow flies into the air, landing on the spider's head. The spider flies away, and crow flies back into the forest. The boss is dead, but crow flies is still alive, and he has a message from the pencil-knight.
