In this chapter, we're introduced to a new weapon, the "hand blade." It's a bit of a mouthful, but it's pretty cool: it can "house a / nearly crush anything , / element even an . . that can avatar / destroy / own body" . It works like this: if you apply the "crush" element to a specific area of the body, it can destroy that area as well as anything else in its path. So, basically, you can use this new weapon to crush anything in your path, even if you don't want to do so. The only problem, of course, is that you can't just use this weapon to destroy anything. You have to use it to build up a bunch of new skills, which you can do at a skill garden, which is basically a fancy way of saying, "Hey, I'm going to teach you how to use this awesome new weapon!" .
