In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character named "Lch" . He is a member of a band of seven men who have been fighting in the "frontier" for about eight minutes now. The men are singing a song, which means they are scared of each other. Lch tells us that he has a new skill called "scare step" , which allows him to "drift step" in order to get a better look at the men's reactions to his attacks. He explains that this is a type of combat in which all the men share the same amount of damage per hit. This means that the main guy doesn't take any damage, but the other guys do. This is a kind of combat where all the guys have the same number of hits per hit, and they all get the same kickback. This type of battle is also known as a "deadly general" because it's the type that can be won with only one shot. This isn't a good way to use a sword, because the guy who takes the first shot gets all the extra damage, and the guy that takes the second shot gets nothing. The guy that gets the last shot gets the kickback, but he's still a dead man. So this is the kind of battle that can only be won by one shot, and that's why the guy with the sword gets the extra kickback. The guys are scared to death, but they're not scared to die, so they continue to fight. This time, they use a special bow that gives them extra damage for their neck attacks, and a special axe that gets them extra hits for their attacks on the ground.
