In this chapter, we learn that the three cats were banished from the world of dreams because they sealed the memories that the humans had in their dreams. We learn that they were banished because they reminded the humans of the dream world they had created for themselves. We also learn that this dream world was created by the spirit of the cat that was banished. The cat that is banished is the one who is the most important to the humans.
