In this chapter, Fang Yin--the president's secretary--tells the audience that she is willing to take the blame for the company's losses. She admits that the company will lose ten million dollars if the mistake is repeated. She asks the audience to imagine what it would be like if a cat were ugly and a human were dumber than a cat.
