About This Chapter
The police inspector tells the gang that Shu is having a hard time finding a lost item. Shu has come to find the right guy, but he has to pay an equivalent amount of money in return. Shu explains that people are like "deep sea creatures" and that the animosity between them can be as "incurable as terminal illnesses" . He tells them a story about a girl named Su who decided to leave a man she loved on the banks of the river. Su stood on the riverbank and shouted to the man to train more, it was good for him. The gang sings a training song about how the hens will go bald in the morning, roosters will be hung over in the evening, the students will be happy in the summer, even if the girl goes bald, it is not easy for a lady. The police officer tells Shu that there is a wild dog in school and that he can beat the dog if he sees it again. Shu says that this is not Shu's fault and that Su is angry because she has been teased at school. Shu tells them that they can use the love index of the two of them to figure out how to improve their feelings. He says that he has been discharged from the army and that this week he had a lovely vacation with Shu. Shu asks if Shu is still in love with him. Shu replies that he is, but that Shu must take care of himself from now on.
