In this chapter, we find out that the new heroes are stronger than the old ones, and that they're not afraid to use their powers to their advantage. They're just not used to dealing with people who are super-strong and super-smart. This is the first time that we've heard anyone say that this is a super-powers-only society, and it's super-annoying. It's not just the new guys, though, that's getting super-excited: sis-lan is super-bad-tempered, and she's always beating down people who come to get a hero's license. The two of them have been friends for three years now, and they've both seen a lot of different types of people: wall-breaking headsbutts, cannon shots, and so on. In fact, the two have seen so many different kinds of people that they can't even remember who they are. But now that they have this "lung-capacity-up" ability, they can beat down anyone who tries to be a hero. This makes the two even more excited.
