A few centuries earlier, the world had been enveloped in darkness, and eccentrics and monsters had appeared everywhere. The heroes had defeated them with their will, and the remaining monsters had become the pets of heroes. Now, the battle is about to begin, and we learn that the hero in question is a "srank hero" named "Machoman." He's here, and he's excited to witness the fight live. He also tells us that if the guy agrees to be his pet, his rank will rise and this will save us a ton of trouble. We learn that "machoman" offered the guy an invitation to join him in the fight, but the guy turned him down, and it seems like the guy is planning on killing the guy. The guys are shocked that the guy would turn down such an offer, and they wonder if it's a "murderous intent" on the guy's part. They also learn that their chopper has been destroyed and the guy has disappeared.
